Traveling to a city like Denver can be very exciting as it has so many things for you to do and see. However, a major problem when you go to Denver is knowing what kind of things you can do and what should be topping your list of things to do. That is why I have made my list of the top 7 things to do in Denver.

Do you want to explore Denver even more? Check out our Denver travel page.

  • 7. Take A Tour -

Now, a tour is something you may have never really thought about, but it allows you to learn more about the city at a level you never imagined before. So this is a great way for you to get out into the city and start to learn more about what each section of the city has to offer.

  • 6. Catch A Sports Game -

Denver is a city that has all of the major sports covered with a sports team. The team has the Nuggets, the Broncos, the Avalanche, and the Rockies. So you will be sure that no matter what time of year you are in the city you can have a good chance of catching a professional sports game.

  • 5. Elitch Gardens Theme Park @ElitchGardensDenver -

This is a great place to go as it combines the thrills of a theme park with the fun of a water park. What is even better is this is a place that has history with it as well, which helps you know you are going to have a great trip that will be full of fun with the help you need.

  • 4. Wings Over The Rockies @wingsmuseum -

Exploring the history of flight is always fun to do. When you are in Denver you have this chance as the Wings over the Rockies is a place that has focused on the exploration of flight and the space journeys as well.

  • 3. Denver Zoo @DenverZoo -

The Denver Zoo is a great place to go as a family and by yourself. The place is great and really has a large number of animals you can enjoy seeing and learning about. What else is great is the place is laid back compared to some zoos I have been to.

  • 2. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre @RedRocksCO -

This place is simply amazing and if I did not like fish as much it would have made it to the top of my list. However, when you are here you will notice it is a park that allows for some fantastic adventures during the day, but at night the amphitheatre has some of the best shows you can catch.

  • 1. Downtown Aquarium, Denver @AquariumDenver -

Nothing beats the chance to go out and have some great food and a chance to see fish you never get a chance to see. The Downtown Aquarium in Denver has everything you would want to see, but also has some great restaurants that are nearby.
