Chicken wings are a meal that I love because they are filling and inexpensive in most cases. This is very important for me when I am traveling because I have a tight budget to keep in mind for the entire family. This is why I have decided it was time to rank the top 7 chicken wing restaurants in Portland.

  • 7. PoShines Cafe De La Soul @poshines -

A non-profit place that is ran by a church is always a great place to spend some time and know the money is going to a good cause. We really love PoShines because they have a great theme and atmosphere, but also the cajun style wings are out of this world.

  • 6. Fat Head's Brewery @FatHeadsPortland -

Going to a microbrewery is always a great experience and when you go to Fat Head's it is not any different than what you would expect anywhere else. We personally love all the microbrews on tap, but combined with the  wings and it is easy to see why this place is head and shoulders above every other microbrewery.

  • 5. Reverends BBQ @ReverendsBBQ -

With counter and booth seating you will easily find a great seat. However, you will find that not only is the seating great, but the food it out of this world. The place has some amazing wings that are more of the fried chicken style, but are amazing.

  • 4. The Cheerful Bullpen @cheerfulbullpen -

The Cheerful Bullpen is a great place to go if you love sports and do not mind going to a sports bar. This is a great place to go and it is simply amazing because of the food and the atmosphere. We really love the fact they have some great buffalo wings.

  • 3. Rock N Wingz @RockNWingz -

Rock N Wingz definitely makes our list of places to go. It is outside of the city of Portland in nearby Hillsboro. However, it is well worth the drive for the views of the city and the awesome wings. I really have to admit I love the firebird BBQ.

  • 2. Pok Pok @pokpoknational -

Pok Pok is a great restaurant that has some amazing wings and more of an Asian type of influence to the location. What is really unique is the fish sauce wings that you can have here.

  • 1. Fire On The Mountain @Fire-On-The-Mountain -

Fire On The Mountain is a great wing place that has a Grateful Dead type of theme as it seems to be more of a dead head theme. We personally love the atmosphere and the welcome you get. The buffalo wings are definitely a great option when you are looking for some great wings.
