Vegas is known for the bright lights, shows, and of course gambling but don't forget about the great restaurant scene. Las Vegas has all the celebrity chef's on the strip but if you get away from the strip you will fine some amazing BBQ restaurants. Don't let the drive deter you from having some world class Las Vegas BBQ.

Don't forget to check out our Las Vegas Page that is your one stop to everything Las Vegas from our Top 7 Lists to reviews of all kinds of Vegas stuff.

  • 7. Ellis Island BBQ @EllisCasinoLV -

Located at the Ellis Island Casino but don't judge book by it's cover as this is close to world class barbecue you will find inside of any casino. Proximity to strip is key as well just one block of the Las Vegas Strip. Loved everything but our favorite was the half BBQ chicken that with a players card only came to $9.99 - solid BBQ at unbeatable prices.

  • 6. Truck U Barbeque @TruckUBBQ -

For those that watch Food Network might recognize the owner Mike Minor. One of the more well known Vegas Food Trucks. Loved the smoked meats but putting them in Taco made me worry until I tried the great combo. Great twist on BBG as the taco and burrito's make this very unique BBQ joint.

  • 5. Big Ern's BBQ @BigErnsBBQ -

When it comes to BBQ restaurants Big Ern's checks all the boxes of what we expect. Two locations with most convenient to Las Vegas Strip being the Downtown Container Park location. Loved the Beef Brisket but for me the sides stole the show with the BBQ Chili and Sweet Potato Fries.

  • 4. Memphis Championship Barbecue @memphisbarbecue -

If you like Ribs then Memphis Championship BBQ is the place for you. The owner Mike Mills is famous for winning the Memphis in May BBQ contest 4 times. Has two locations with closest location to Las Vegas strip is the location in Green Valley. Can't say enough how much we loved the Ribs, well worth the drive or taxi ride for Vegas visitors.

  • 3. Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que @Lucilles_BBQ -

Locals know how good Lucille's is but because of it's distance from the Las Vegas Strip most visitors miss out on the great BBQ. Two locations one in Henderson and one in Red Rock. If you are traveling to Red Rock Casino highly suggest planning on making stop by Lucille's, you won't regret it. Highly suggest ordering the FRONT PORCH which features 3 meats (chicken, ribs, & sausage). Biggest reason we love Lucille's is the SAUCE which is our favorite BBQ sauce of any of our Top 7 BBQ joints.

  • 2. John Mull's Road Kill Grill @JohnMullsRoadKillGrillJohnMullsMeats -

Legendary BBQ and the Vegas locals will swear by this place. Not nearly as convenient for the Las Vegas strip crowd but well worth the trouble. The St. Louis style Ribs are our favorite followed closely by the smoked Links. Second Location names Road Kill II is open but we have not had chance to visit and review as of yet.

  • 1. Rollin Smoke BBQ @Rollinsmoke_bbq -

Well worth the three block taxi ride from the Las Vegas Strip to visit the King of Vegas BBQ. Rollin Smoke also has a second location that is located in Pawn Plaza next to the famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. Huge menu of smoked pork, brisket, and even meatloaf. Love the Smoked Meatloaf plus add in the amazing sides, you won't regret the trip to Rollin Smoke.
